For this Laura Loves post I have decided to change the usual format and do a series of ten things which have inspired me each week. When I look on blogs I have found I am more interested in flipping through photographs and saving everything they I find cute, amusing or interesting rather than reading them. I find I end up saving hundreds and hundreds of photos and images that all inspire me so I think it would be nice to share this with your lovely selves. So let the list begin!

1. Tea

2. Autumn Days

3. Grown-up tree houses

4. Love letters

5. Ducks in cups

7. Car Boot Sales

A Little Bit of Everything Issue 4

Today I have the final instalment of the A Little Bit of Everything collection. Since I am just back from a week at York this zine fits in nicely as it is full of black and white photographs of the historic city. York is one of my favorite places to visit, if you haven't been before I urge you to go as there is something for everyone!

If you have been to York before where are your favourite places to go or visit?

Not been to York? Where would you recommend a visit?

Apologies for the late post, as I am in York for a few days I have been out and about... please forgive me. Here is the post at last, I hope you like it!

Last Thursday morning I was greeted by the arrival of the 6th issue of Oh Comely Magazine, much to my delight! I have been a subscriber to the magazine for almost a year after discovering the second issue after randomly picking it up in WHSmiths. I fell in love with the magazine after only having a quick flick through and after reading it properly when I got it home I loved it all the more.

My favourite part whilst looking at the secon issue was the 'di you get my postcard?' article. For this a number of items including money, lottery tickets, sponge and even a large umbrella where all sent through the post without any wrapping. It was interesting to see what made it to its destination! I know it is an old issue but looking back over the issue the article still makes me laugh.

Other experimental features have included participation from readers, getting them to shoot a roll of film and send back the finished film. The magazine also includes crafts, yummy recipies, art, illustration, fashion and much more! The photography in each issue is stunning and as a wannabe photographer myself, it offers huge amounts of inspiration.

The lastest issue is out now, so if you havent read an issue of Oh Comely yet or have not had time to pick the lastes issue up, what are you waiting for?

A Little Bit of Everything Issue 3

Hello, I'm fresh back from Preston and getting ready to pack up my little car again and head to off to York tomorrow! As I was busy on Friday I didn't have time to do a Laura Love's post so I will keep it for Friday. So for today I have the third issue of A Little Bit of Everything. This issue is made up from photos which were scanned from negatives bought online. The photographs have been taken in Germany and have a real vintage holiday feel to them. Surprisingly the photographs are 'artistic' in the way they have been taken, especially for holiday snaps. Have a look and see what you think.

Preston Here I Come...

Well I am back off to Preston today for a few days to pick up the last few bit's of stuff I left down at my old accommodation and spend a few days pottering about. I think it will be strange going back, especially to a big empty room which had once been filled with all my stuff and where I have called home for the past two years. During my return my little brother will be keeping me company and I will also be visiting my auntie and cousins, not to mention their new addition to the family... Dory, who comes in the form of a dachshund puppy. I am also sure to be visiting a few friends too. Excited!

Dont worry, even though I am away I will try and do a Laura Loves post tomorrow. Are you up to anything exciting this weekend?
